DoverNOW co-editor David Chmiel has been a journalist for nearly 40 years and has a passion for local news.

He began his career as a reporter and editor for various newspapers in northeastern Pennsylvania. He has lived in New Jersey since 1991, where he was editor of New Jersey Monthly and deputy managing editor for Time Inc. He also served as senior regional editor for Patch.com. He is the author and co-author of three books and has ghostwritten many others.

DoverNOW co-editor Karen Fucito also serves as editor of Lake Hopatcong News, a local general-interest magazine that publishes seven times a year.

A lifelong journalist, Karen began her career in high school writing about sports for her hometown weekly newspaper, The Progress. She continued working in the newspaper industry through college in Pennsylvania, writing sports stories and then transitioning to photojournalism. Karen spent 20 years at The Daily Record in Morris County, where she began as a staff photographer and was promoted to photo editor.

Karen has facilitated newspaper workshops for school-aged children and has been a guest lecturer for journalism programs at multiple colleges.

Advertising Sales Representative Stephen Zuluaga is a lifelong Dover resident and a passionate advocate for his hometown. He graduated from Dover High School in 2018, where he was a key player on the varsity soccer team. In his senior year, he helped lead the Tigers to a school-record 21 wins and a state sectional championship. 

Stephen earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Centenary University in Hackettstown, where he also played on the soccer team. He has professional sales, marketing, and finance experience and is dedicated to helping members of the Dover business community find opportunities as DoverNOW advertisers.

Tony Torres is a digital marketing expert and the founder of Glad Marketing, LLC. With a passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for creativity, Tony has empowered dozens of businesses in New Jersey to build strong brands and boost engagement.
